Winter in the domain
Winter has settled into the Périgord countryside, and we’re treated to a new setting. The flora and fauna are in slow motion, and the house is in cocooning mode.
It’s time to bring you the best of the season with new services.
Slowing down, recharging your batteries, boosting your energy and indulging yourself (really!) are the promises of the new year.

Winter has arrived in the Périgord countryside, offering us its new scenery. It’s a special time of year for those who know how to observe, feel and enjoy nature’s bounty. The peaceful Périgord countryside gives you the chance to recharge your batteries and re-energise in a natural, unspoilt environment, offering sublime winter landscapes with colours faded by frost and bad weather.
The fauna and flora live in slow motion, and the house operates in cocooning mode: crackling fires in the fireplace, soft, cosy plaids, winter duvets and soft cushions, a selection of teas, coffees and hot chocolate, board games, games of chess in the wooden Annexe, magazines and books from the library, small dishes simmered or very tasty aperitifs around the hearth..

It’s time to bring you the best of the season by introducing new services.
A special welcome, as if to extend Christmas, will set the tone for your stay. We’ll deliver bread and pastries every morning for your breakfast, just as the day begins to dawn.
To make your taste buds even more tantalising, we can offer you cookery courses in truffles and Périgord foie gras, prepared on site by our chef
But we can also offer you the advice and lessons of a sports coach, in addition to the fitness room with all the equipment at your disposal, or along the fitness trail in the woods on the estate.
Our other services, whether included or optional, remain unchanged.

TF1 and Laurent Mariotte – Spring 2020
For us, in Périgord, the art of living is first and foremost a story of gastronomy, and with just a few months to go before the opening of our establishment, we were proud and delighted to be able to host the filming of Laurent Mariotte‘s fine cookery show “Petits Plats en Équilibre” for three weeks to record its summer edition.
We were also delighted to be asked for a second time by TF1 to conduct interviews for its latest summer programme, “Sur la route des vacances”, in the park and on the grounds of La Réserve, with producers who had come to present their work.
These were great experiences that we won’t forget, based on a shared passion: local cuisine.
